~~ unlike the state workers and school teachers, they were required to pre fund their retirement program.that what lead to the biggest loss,that and the unions protecting deadbeats. I refuse to use online banking ,due to the high threats of the sites being hacked. warning ahve been issued in the last few weeks about this.
